Nghiên cứu thực hiện nhằm mô tả thực trạng stress và một số yếu tố liên quan của bệnh nhân tim mạch tại huyện Sóc Sơn, Hà Nội. Thiết kế nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được tiến hành trên 418 bệnh nhân mắc bệnh tim mạch tại huyện Sóc Sơn, Hà Nội từ tháng 5/2023 đến tháng 1/2024. Kết quả cho thấy: 6,5% bệnh nhân mắc bệnh tim mạch có biểu hiện stress
yếu tố trình độ học vấn có liên quan đến nguy cơ stress ở bệnh nhân mắc bệnh tim mạch. Vì vậy, để tăng hiệu quả điều trị bệnh tim mạch cần quan tâm đến sức khỏe tâm thần và các yếu tố liên quan để có những biện pháp can thiệp kịp thời.This study aimed to describe the prevalence and factors associated with stress in cardiac patients in Soc Son district, Hanoi. A cross-sectional was conducted on 418 cardiac patients in Soc Son district, Hanoi from May 2023 to January 2024. The results showed that 6.5% of cardiac patients showed signs of stress and the educational level was associated with the risk of stress in cardiac patients. Therefore, to enhance the effectiveness of cardiac treatment, attention to mental health and related factors is essential for timely interventions.
