Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm mô tả kết quả điều trị người bệnh mắc COVID-19 đồng nhiễm HIV/ AIDS tại Bệnh viện Bệnh Nhiệt đới Trung ương, từ 1/2022 đến 6/2023. Có 97 người bệnh đủ tiêu chuẩn vào nghiên cứu. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ người bệnh suy giảm miễn dịch nặng (CD4 <
200 tế bào/mm3) là 81,0%, người bệnh suy giảm miễn dịch nhẹ (CD4 từ 200 - 499) là 15,8%, không suy giảm miễn dịch (CD4 ≥ 500) là 3,2%. Kết quả điều trị khỏi ra viện chiếm 40,2%, đỡ chuyển tuyến chiếm 41,2%. Có 15,5% người bệnh chuyển nặng, xin về và 3,1% tử vong. Thời gian điều trị trung bình là 18 ± 13,1 ngày.The study was conducted to describe the results of treatment of HIV/AIDS patients co-infected with COVID-19 at the National Hospital of Tropical Diseases, from January 2022 to June 2023. 97 patients were included in the study. Results: The proportion of patients with severe immunodeficiency (CD4 <
200 cells/mm3) was 81.0%, with mild immunodeficiency (CD4 from 200 - 499) was 15.8%, no impairment immunity (CD4 ≥ 500) was 3.2%. 40.2% of patients were discharged from the hospital, and 41.2% were transferred to another hospital. 15.5% of patients became seriously ill and requested to be discharged home, and 3.1% passed away. The average treatment time was 18 ± 13.1 days.
