To determine the changes in the amount of peripheral blood cells and hemoglobin levels in newly diagnosed multiple myeloma patients at Military Hospital 103 in the period 2017 - 2023. Cross sectional study was conducted on 77 patients diagnosed with multiple myeloma at Military Hospital 103 from 2017 to 2023. There were statistically significant differences in hemoglobin levels between groups based on plasmatocyte percentages in bone marrow, serum creatinine levels, disease stages or types. In particular, the percentage of patients with hemoglobin levels below 100g/L in groups with plasmocytes percentage ≥ 30%, creatinine level ≥ 177 μmol/, disease stage ISS III and IgA disease type are the highest with the corresponding respectively values: 87.5%

The amount of white blood cells and granulocytes has statistically significant differences according to the types and stages of the disease.Xác định sự biến đổi về số lượng của các tế bào máu ngoại vi và nồng độ hemoglobin ở bệnh nhân đa u tuỷ xương mới được chẩn đoán tại Bệnh viện Quân y 103 giai đoạn 2017 - 2023. Nghiên cứu cắt ngang được tiến hành trên 77 bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán đa u tuỷ xương tại Bệnh viện Quân y 103 từ năm 2017 đến năm 2023. Nồng độ hemoglobin là khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê theo các nhóm tỷ lệ plasmocye trong tuỷ xương, nồng độ creatinin huyết thanh, giai đoạn bệnh, thể bệnh. Trong đó, tỷ lệ bệnh nhân có nồng độ hemoglobin dưới 100g/L ở nhóm có tỷ lệ plasmocyte ≥ 30%, nồng độ creatinin ≥ 177 μmol/, giai đoạn bệnh ISS III, thể bệnh IgA là cao nhất với các giá trị tương ứng lần lượt là 87,5%
