Nghiên cứu hồi cứu bệnh án, mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện nhằm mô tả đặc điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng một số bệnh bọng nước tự miễn ở trẻ em tại Bệnh viện Da liễu Trung ương trong vòng 5 năm, từ tháng 01/2019 đến tháng 12/2023. Kết quả cho thấy: Có 26 bệnh nhân mắc bệnh bọng nước tự miễn điều trị nội trú. Trong số đó, bệnh IgA bọng nước thành dải gặp nhiều nhất (có 16 trường hợp). Ngoài ra, có 5 trường hợp pemphigoid bọng nước, 2 trường hợp pemphigus vulgaris, 2 trường hợp ly thượng bì bọng nước mắc phải và 1 trường hợp pemphigus IgA. Tuổi trung bình là 5,62 (từ 1 - 14 tuổi). Tỉ lệ nam/nữ là 15/11. Tỉ lệ miễn dịch huỳnh quang trực tiếp dương tính là 84,6%, tỷ lệ miễn dịch huỳnh quang gián tiếp dương tính là 69,3%. Nhóm bệnh IgA bọng nước thành dải có tuổi khởi phát trung bình là 4,4 tuổi
nam nhiều hơn nữ (11/5). Tỷ lệ phát hiện IgA dương tính thành dải trên miễn dịch huỳnh quang trực tiếp là 81,3%
tỷ lệ phát hiện IgA lưu hành trong máu là 62,5%.This retrospective, cross-sectional study aims to describe the clinical and paraclinical characteristics of certain autoimmune bullous diseases in children at the National Hospital of Dermatology and Venereology over 5 years, from January 2019 to December 2023. The results indicated that 26 patients with autoimmune bullous diseases were treated as inpatients. Linear IgA bullous dermatosis was the most common, with 16 cases reported. Additionally, there were 5 cases of bullous pemphigoid, 2 cases of pemphigus vulgaris, 2 cases of epidermolysis bullosa acquisita, and 1 case of IgA pemphigus. The mean age was 5.62 years, ranging from 1 to 14 years, with a male-to-female ratio of 15:11. The positive rate for direct immunofluorescence was 84.6%, while indirect immunofluorescence was positive in 69.3% of cases. Among those with linear IgA bullous dermatosis, the average age of onset was 4.4 years, with males more affected than females (11:5). The positive detection rate of linear IgA on direct immunofluorescence was 81.3%, and the circulating IgA detection rate in blood was 62.5%.
