Aortic arch disease is a challenging treatment because it is the originating place of important arteries supplying the head, neck, and upper limbs. In the past, open thoracotomy was the only method of treating this disease. With recent advances in interventional cardiology, the treatment of these lesions has become less invasive and minimizes the complications associated with anesthesia and surgery. A new approach using stent graft of the aortic arch with fenestration to confirm the brachiocephlic artery perfusion was employed, thereby avoiding thoracotomy.Tổn thương quai động mạch chủ là một thách thức trong điều trị vì đây là vị trí xuất phát của các mạch máu lớn cấp máu cho đầu mặt cổ và chi trên. Trước đây phẫu thuật mở ngực điều trị bệnh lý quai động mạch chủ là phương pháp duy nhất. Với tiến bộ trong can thiệp tim mạch, việc điều trị các tổn thương này trở nên ít xâm lấn hơn và giảm thiểu những biến chứng liên quan đến gây mê và phẫu thuật. Phương pháp điều trị đặt stent graft động mạch chủ phần quai có mở cửa sổ thân động mạch cánh tay đầu, tránh được phẫu thuật mở ngực chuyển vị mạch máu là một phương pháp mới được áp dụng.
