Bệnh vi rút corona 19 (COVID-19) ở trẻ em hầu hết khỏi sau 2 đến 4 tuần. Tuy nhiên, một số trường hợp xuất hiện các triệu chứng kéo dài hàng tháng và có liên quan đến hội chứng sau nhiễm COVID-19. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: 1) Xác định tỷ lệ mắc hội chứng sau nhiễm COVID-19 của trẻ từ 5 tuổi đến dưới 16 tuổi tại Bệnh viện Sản-Nhi Cà Mau. 2) Xác định mối liên quan giữa tỷ lệ mắc hội chứng sau nhiễm COVID-19 với một số yếu tố ở trẻ từ 5 tuổi đến dưới 16 tuổi tại Bệnh viện Sản-Nhi Cà Mau. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 460 trẻ từ 5 tuổi đến dưới 16 tuổi thực hiện khám lâm sàng, phỏng vấn trẻ hoặc người nuôi dưỡng trực tiếp, bằng bộ câu hỏi soạn sẵn. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ mắc hội chứng sau nhiễm COVID- 19 ở trẻ từ 5 đến dưới 16 tuổi tại Bệnh viện Sản Nhi Cà Mau là 42,83%. Tỷ lệ mắc ở trẻ gái là 49,54%, trẻ trai là 36,78%. Những trẻ nhập viện khi mắc COVID-19 có tỷ lệ mắc hội chứng sau nhiễm COVID-19 cao hơn so với nhóm không nhập viện với các tỷ lệ lần lượt là 72,97% so với 40,19%. Ngược lại, những trẻ dưới 10 tuổi, có thời gian sau nhiễm COVID-19 trên 6 tháng, tiêm ngừa COVID-19 trước khi mắc COVID-19, có tỷ lệ mắc thấp hơn so với nhóm còn lại với các tỷ lệ tương ứng 38,85% so với 51,37%
35,84% so với 49,57% và 31,36% so với 46,78%. Kết luận: Tỷ lệ mắc hội chứng sau nhiễm COVID-19 ở trẻ từ 5 tuổi đến dưới 16 tuổi là 42,83%. Các yếu tố làm tăng nguy cơ mắc là trẻ gái, nhập viện khi mắc COVID-19, các yếu tố làm giảm nguy cơ mắc bệnh là nhóm tuổi dưới 10, thời gian khỏi bệnh trên 6 tháng, đã tiêm ngừa COVID-19.Coronavirus Disease 2019 in Children mostly recovers in 2 to 4 weeks. However, in some cases, it appearances the symptoms that persist monthly and are associated with post-COVID-19 sequelae. Objectives: 1). To determine the incidence of post-COVID-19 syndrome in children from 5 years old to under 16 years old at Ca Mau Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital
2). To determine the relationship between the incidence of post-COVID-19 syndrome with some factors in children from 5 years old to under 16 years old at Ca Mau Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital. Materials and methods: A cross-sectional study on 460 children from 5 years old to under 16 years old, perform clinical examination, interview the child or caregiver directly using a set of prepared questionnaires. Results: The incidence of Post-COVID-19 Syndrome in children from 5 to under 16 years old at Ca Mau Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital is 42.83%. The incidence in girls was 49.54% and boys was 36.78%. Children admitted to hospital with COVID-19 had a higher incidence of post-COVID-19 syndrome than the non-hospitalized group with rates of 72.97% and 40.19% respectively. In contrast, Children who are under 10 years old, had a recovery time of more than 6 months, vaccinated before getting COVID-19, they have a lower incidence than the other group with the corresponding rate of 38.85% compared to 51.37%
35.84% versus 49.57% and 31.36% versus 46.78%. Conclusions: The incidence of post-COVID-19 syndrome in children from 5 years old to under 16 years old was 42,83%. Factors that increase the risk in girls, being hospitalized with COVID-19. The factors that reduce the risk of disease are the age group under 10, the recovery time is over 6 months, vaccinated against COVID-19.
