Clinical teaching activities are a prerequisite for comprehensive development in medical students, enabling them to acquire extensive knowledge, skills, and clinical experience. Objectives: To determine the satisfaction rate of final-year medical students with the clinical content, learning environment, and interaction between faculty and students in clinical teaching activities at Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy. Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy offer clinical education. Materials and methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted, analyzing data from 385 final-year medical students from the 43rd and 33rd cohorts in the academic year 2022-2023 at Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy. Results: Regarding clinical content, theoretical teaching during clinical rotations had the highest satisfaction rate, with 252 students (65.5% at agree and strongly agree on levels). Regarding the learning environment, the highest satisfaction rate was found in personalized patient care and treatment, with 258 students (67% at agree and strongly agree levels). Regarding the interaction between teachers and students, the highest satisfaction rate was observed in the interaction between guiding teachers and students, with 262 students (68.5% at agree and strongly agree levels). Conclusion: The satisfaction rate of final-year medical students with clinical teaching activities is high. It is essential to sustain and improve these results to support students' comprehensive development in knowledge and clinical skills, ultimately enhancing the quality of graduates.Hoạt động giảng dạy lâm sàng là điều kiện tiên quyết giúp sinh viên Y khoa phát triển toàn diện, học tập được nhiều kiến thức, kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm lâm sàng. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: Khảo sát tỷ lệ hài lòng của sinh viên năm cuối ngành y khoa về nội dung lâm sàng, môi trường học tập và sự tương tác giữa giảng viên và sinh viên của sinh viên năm cuối ngành Y khoa về hoạt động giảng dạy lâm sàng tại Trường Đại học Y Dược Cần Thơ. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Thiết kế nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang có phân tích trên 385 sinh viên năm cuối ngành Y khoa, hệ chính quy khóa 43 và liên thông khóa 33, năm học 2022 - 2023, Trường Đại học Y Dược Cần Thơ. Kết quả: Về nội dung lâm sàng, giảng dạy lý thuyết trong kỳ lâm sàng chiếm tỷ lệ đồng ý và hoàn toàn đồng ý cao nhất với 252 sinh viên (65,5%). Về môi trường học tập, tỷ lệ đồng ý và hoàn toàn đồng ý cao nhất là việc chăm sóc và điều trị bệnh nhân được cá nhân hóa với 258 sinh viên (67%). Về tương tác giữa giảng viên và sinh viên, có sự tương tác giữa giảng viên hướng dẫn với sinh viên có tỉ lệ đồng ý và hoàn toàn đồng ý cao nhất với 262 sinh viên (68,5%). Kết luận: Tỷ lệ hài lòng của sinh viên năm cuối ngành y khoa về hoạt động giảng dạy lâm sàng cao. Kết quả này cần được tiếp tục duy trì và cải tiến giúp sinh viên phát triển toàn diện về kiến thức và kỹ năng lâm sàng, nâng cao chất lượng đầu ra.
