The Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) has been in effect since 2022, mandating that producers and importers manage and recycle theữ products at specified rates. After over two years of implementation, certain shortcomings require attention, particularly in designing a synchronized and comprehensive organizational structure to ensure the effective implementation of the extended producer responsibility (EPR).Trách nhiệm mở rộng của nhà sản xuất đã có hiệu lực từ năm 2022, buộc nhà sản xuất, nhập khẩu phải thực hiện xử lý, tái chế các sản phẩm của mình theo một tỷ lệ nhất định. Sau hơn hai năm thực hiện đã bộc lộ một số hạn chế cần được khắc phục, đặc biệt là việc thiết kế tổ chức bộ máy đồng bộ, đầy đủ để thực hiện trách nhiệm mở rộng của nhà sản xuất (EPR) một cách thông suốt, hiệu quả.
