Through this study, the author has evaluated the current status of compliance and maintenance of regulations for students studying at the Center for National Defense and Security Education at Hanoi University of Sports and Education, and evaluated the advantages and practices. Status of factors and causes affecting students’ training and maintenance of daily and weekly regimes.
