In the context of globalization and Vietnam's deep international integration, the need for a fresh perspective on national security is becoming increasingly apparent. This includes a more comprehensive understanding of national security issues, such as cybersecurity, teưorism, transnational organized crime, human security, environmental security, and more. Drawing f-rom an analysis of the current practice of ensuring human security in Vietnam, this article puts forth a number of practical solutions to more effectively implement the task of protecting human security in this new context.Trong bối cảnh toàn cầu hóa và hội nhập quốc tế sâu rộng của nước ta hiện nay đang đặt ra yêu cầu cần có nhận thức mới về an ninh quốc gia. Theo đó, vấn đề an ninh quốc gia cần được hiểu một cách toàn diện hơn, như: an ninh mạng, khủng bố, tội phạm có tổ chức xuyên quốc gia, an ninh con người, an ninh môi trường. Trên cơ sở phân tích thực tiễn bảo đảm an ninh con người tại Việt Nam, bài viết đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm triển khai thiết thực hơn nữa nhiệm vụ bảo vệ an ninh con người trong tình hình mới.
