Bài viết làm rõ cách thức, biện pháp bảo vệ người tố cáo ở một số nước trên thế giới, qua đó, rút ra một số kinh nghiệm trong tổ chức thực hiện bảo vệ người tố cáo ở những nước đó
đồng thời, từ việc đánh giá thực tiễn bảo vệ người tố cáo ở Việt Nam thời gian qua, đề xuất một số nội dung, biện pháp chủ yếu nâng cao công tác bảo vệ người tố cáo ở Việt Nam trong thời gian tới.Many countries particularly pay attention to the issue of protecting whistleblowers and enacting numerous laws to ensure theữ safety in all cữcumstances. This article clarifies some approaches and measures to protect whistleblowers in some countries around the world, thereby drawing some experiences in protecting whistleblowers in those countries. At the same time, based on assessing the practices of protecting whistleblowers in Vietnam in recent years, the article proposes some main measures to enhance whistleblower protection in the coming time.
