Fire prevention and fighting is one of the crucial tasks aimed at protecting human lives and health, safeguarding the State’s and people's properties, and contributing to ensuring political security, social order, and safety. Therefore, the development of the industry of tire protection and fighting is an urgent requirement. In addition, violations of tire prevention and fighting regulations are becoming increasingly complex and stem f-rom various causes, including outdated equipment and technical infrastructure that fail to meet the country's development needs. The article focuses on systematically studying the development of the industry of fire protection and fighting in preventing violations of tire prevention and fighting regulations in Vietnam.Phòng cháy, chữa cháy là một trong những công tác quan trọng nhằm bảo vệ tính mạng, sức khỏe của con người, bảo vệ tài sản của Nhà nước và của Nhân dân, góp phẩn bảo đảm an ninh chính trị và trật tự, an toàn xã hội. Do đó, công tác phát triển công nghiệp phòng cháy, chữa cháy là một yêu cầu bức thiết. Bên cạnh đó, tội phạm vi phạm quy định về phòng cháy, chữa cháy ngày càng diễn biến phúc tạp và bắt nguồn từ nhiều nguyên nhân, trong đó có sự lạc hậu về phương tiện, hạ tầng kỹ thuật không đáp ứng sự phát triển của đất nước. Bài viết tập trung nghiên cứu có hệ thống việc phát triển công nghiệp phòng cháy, chữa cháy trong phòng ngừa tội vi phạm quy định về phòng cháy, chữa cháy hiện nay ở nước ta.
