In the process of building and developing the country, the Party and State of Vietnam have always been concerned with leading and directing the construction and implementation of policies on social security, considering it both a goal and a driving force for the nation's development, demonstrating the superiority and good nature of the regime. In recent times, the work of social security has achieved significant achievements, for example, the social security system becoming increasingly synchronized with expanded coverage
poverty reduction and hunger eradication efforts have improved
social insurance policies have gradually affirmed and fulfilled their role as a mainstay of the social security system, providing replacement or compensation for a portion of income for workers when they encounter life risks. However, ensuring social security today still faces many difficulties, especially under the impact of the fourth industrial revolution, which has cre-ated significant challenges. Therefore, the article proposes some solutions to effectively implement social security policies for all population groups.Trong quá trình xây dựng và phát triển đất nước, Đảng và Nhà nước luôn quan tâm lãnh đạo, chỉ đạo xây dựng và thực hiện các chủ trương, chính sách về an sinh xã hội, coi đó vừa là mục tiêu, vừa là động lực phát triển đất nước, thể hiện tính ưu việt, bản chất tốt đẹp của chế độ ta. Thời gian qua, công tác an sinh xã hội đã đạt được những kết quả quan trọng, như hệ thống an sinh xã hội ngày càng đồng bộ với diện bao phủ được mở rộng
công tác xóa đói, giảm nghèo được cải thiện
chính sách bảo hiểm xã hội đã từng bước khẳng định và phát huy vai trò là một trụ cột chính của hệ thống an sinh xã hội, là sự bảo đảm thay thế hoặc bù đắp một phần thu nhập cho người lao động khi họ gặp phải những rủi ro trong cuộc sống. Tuy nhiên, bảo đảm an sinh xã hội hiện nay vẫn còn gặp nhiều khó khăn, đặc biệt dưới tác động của cuộc cách mạng công nghiệp lần thứ tư đã tạo ra những thách thức không nhỏ. Bài viết đã đưa ra một số giải pháp nhằm thực hiện tốt các chính sách về an sinh xã hội đối với mọi tầng lớp dân cư.
