Describe clinical, subclinical and some common causes of gross hematuria. Methods: This study describes a case series. Results: The most common clinical manifestations were fever (56.7%), urinary disorders (43.3%), upper respiratory infection (36.7%), abdominal pain (33.3%). A glomerular cause: edema (27.3%), hypertension (68.2%) and oliguria (68.2%). Nonglomerular etiology: urinary disorders (87.5%) and stomachache (62.5%). Tests: BLD 3+ (93,3%), proteinuria 1+ (50.0%), Leukocyturia 1+ (36.7%). Decrease RBC (36.7%), decrease hemoglobin (43.3%), increased WBC (36.7%), increased neutrophil (36.7%), blood creatinine increased by 16.7%
ASLO positive 46.7%. Ultrasound: Kidney tissue pathology is mainly 50%. Cause: acute glomerulonephritis 68.2%, cystitis 87.5%, nephrotic syndrome 27.3%. There was relationship between of fever, stomachache, urinary disorders with causes of hematuria (p<
0.05). Conclusion: Detailed physical examination and clinical evaluation and paraclinical may elucidate the etiology in most of the patients with hematuria.Mô tả lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng và một số nguyên nhân thường gặp của đái máu. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu báo cáo hàng loạt ca. Kết quả: Lâm sàng phổ biến nhất là sốt (56,7%), rối loạn xuất tiểu (43,3%), viêm hô hấp trên (36,7%), đau bụng (33,3%). Nguyên nhân ở cầu thận là phù (95,5%), tăng huyết áp (68,2%) và thiểu niệu (68,2%). Ngoài cầu thận: rối loạn xuất tiểu (87,5%) và đau bụng (62,5%). Xét nghiệm: Hồng cầu niệu 3+ (93,3%), Protein niệu 1+ (50,0%), Bạch cầu niệu 1+ (36,7%). Hồng cầu máu giảm (36,7%), Hemoglobin máu giảm (43,3%). Bạch cầu máu tăng (36,7%), Bạch cầu đa nhân trung tính tăng 36,7%, Creatinin máu tăng 16,7%
ASLO dương tính 46,7%. Siêu âm: Bệnh lý chủ mô thận là chủ yếu 50%. Nguyên nhân: viêm cầu thận cấp 68,2%, viêm bàng quang 87,5%, hội chứng thận hư 27,3%. Có mối liên quan giữa sốt, đau bụng, rối loạn xuất tiểu với nhóm nguyên nhân đái máu (p<
0,05). Kết luận: Khám thực thể chi tiết và đánh giá lâm sàng và cận lâm sàng có thể làm sáng tỏ nguyên nhân ở hầu hết bệnh nhân đái máu.
