Criminal of property fraud and appropriation in cyberspace have increased in both the number of cases and the methods of committing crimes. Preventing this type of crime requires the cooperation between authority agencies based on the knowledge of interdisciplinary sciences. The article analyzes the causes of property fraud and appropriation in cyberspace in Vietnam f-rom the perspective of criminal psychology. Thereby, the author proposes a number of recommendations to improve the effectiveness of preventing and fighting to this type of crime.Tội phạm lừa đảo chiếm đoạt tài sản trên không gian mạng đang gia tăng cả về số vụ lẫn phương thức, thủ đoạn phạm tội. Để phòng chống loại tội phạm này cần có sự phối hợp giữa các cơ quan chức năng dựa trên nền tảng tri thức của khoa học liên ngành. Bài viết phân tích nguyên nhân của tội phạm lừa đảo chiếm đoạt tài sản trên không gian mạng ở Việt Nam từ góc độ tâm lý học tội phạm. Qua đó, tác giả đề xuất một số kiến nghị nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả công tác phòng ngừa, đấu tranh đối với loại tội phạm này.
