Postmodern detective is a newdevelopment trend of the detective story genre thatis increasingly popular and gaining outstandingachievements from the late twentieth century torecent years. The postmodern viewpoint is appliedto restructure traditional detective novels, aligningwith the tastes of contemporary readers.Desacredness of the detective model is one of thekey steps in the process. Examining a detectivecharacter named Fandorin in the novel The Deathof Achilles by Russian writer Boris Akunin, thearticle focuses on studying desired inspiration asthe main trend in innovating the detective novelgenre in the postmodern condition. We found BorisAkunin's efforts to create a detective character,unlike the traditional model to destructure andbreak the dualism that has become the golden rulein building detective characters. The author notonly tells a detective story but also reveals apostmodern sense of humanity.Trinh thám hậu hiện đại là một xu hướngphát triển mới của thể loại truyện trinh thám đangngày càng trở nên phổ biến và đạt được nhữngthành tựu nổi bật từ cuối thế kỉ XX đến những nămgần đây. Cảm quan hậu hiện đại thể hiện qua việctái cấu trúc nhiều bình diện của tiểu thuyết trinhthám truyền thống nhằm đáp ứng thị hiếu của độcgiả đương đại và giải thiêng hình mẫu thám tử làmột trong những bước chủ chốt của công cuộccách tân thể loại trinh thám. Khảo sát nhân vậtthám tử Fandorin trong tiểu thuyết Cái chết củaAchilles của nhà văn Nga Boris Akunin, bài viết tậptrung nghiên cứu cảm hứng giải thiêng như khuynhhướng chủ đạo trong việc cách tân thể loại tiểuthuyết trinh thám trong hoàn cảnh hậu hiện đại.Chúng tôi nhận thấy những nỗ lực của Boris Akuninkhi tạo ra một nhân vật thám tử không như mẫu hìnhtruyền thống nhằm giải cấu trúc, phá vỡ thế nhịnguyên vốn đã trở thành những “khuôn vàng thướcngọc” trong việc xây dựng nhân vật trinh thám. Tácgiả không chỉ kể một câu chuyện trinh thám màcòn bộc lộ cảm quan hậu hiện đại về con người.
