However, for commercial arbitration and mediation to develop and operate effectively, it is necessary to have the Court system’s participation and resolution support. This article researches and evaluates the current legal situation and proposes recommendations to improve the law on the Court’s authority to participate in resolving business and commercial disputes in an out-of-court manner.
