Educational principlesneed to meet the requirements of developing highquality and highly qualified human resourcesTrong những năm gần đây, công tác đàotạo thạc sĩ quản lí giáo dục của nước ta phát triểnmạnh mẽ, góp phần quan trọng trong việc nâng caochất lượng đội ngũ cán bộ quản lí giáo dục. Tuynhiên, việc đào tạo thạc sĩ quản lí giáo dục ở nướcta hiện nay vẫn còn nhiều hạn chế, bất cập làm ảnhhưởng đến chất lượng đào tạo. Bằng phương phápnghiên cứu lí luận, bài viết đã chỉ ra một số đặctrưng trong công tác đào tạo thạc sĩ quản lí giáodục đáp ứng yêu cầu phát triển nguồn nhân lựcchất lượng cao, trình độ cao ở nước ta hiện naynhư: đặc điểm của học viên
yêu cầu cao về phẩmchất, đạo đức, năng lực của sản phẩm đào tạo
tínhchất liên hoàn, hệ thống và chuyên sâu trong quátrình đào tạo
tính phức tạp trong việc thiết kế vàthực thi các chương trình đào tạo đáp ứng nhu cầucủa học viên… Kết quả nghiên cứu là cơ sở khoahọc quan trọng để xây dựng một số tiêu chí cụ thểtrong việc đào tạo thạc sĩ quản lí giáo dục đáp ứngyêu cầu phát triển nguồn nhân lực chất lượng cao,trình độ cao.
