After five years of introducing the subject “Educational Work of the Ho Chi MinhCommunist Youth Union” into the curriculum for the Bachelor's degree in Youth Work,certain limitations have emerged in teaching methods, which tend to be heavily theoreticaland have not effectively fostered students' problem-solving abilities. Therefore, applying thecase study method in this subject will contribute to improving teaching quality in line withcapability development goals, and meeting the required learning outcomes. An increase induration from 02 credits to 03 credits, provides opportunities for instructors to have moretime to apply designed situations for students to research and discuss. The measures to applythe case study method in teaching the subject of Educational Work of the Youth Union focuson the design of teaching situations, organization of teaching, and evaluation of the teachingprocess.
