Bài viết đề cập tới một số vấn đề chung về đoán định tư pháp và yêu cầu đổi mới hoạt động đào tạo nghề luật sư nhằm đáp ứng đòi hỏi của xu thế này.Predictive justice is considered as a new trend in legal practice in general and lawyer’s practice in particular, especially in the context when legal professionals are strongly impacted by the fourth industrial revolution. The article mentions some common issues on predictive justice and requirements to renovate activity of training lawyers to meet this new trend’s demands.
