In Vietnam, in order to develop a comprehensive, adequate and appropriate health system in line with the policy of socialization of health, the State has made some legal adjustments in the management of private hospitals, thereby planning a network of scientific, synchronous and feasible private hospitals in the overall socio-economic development, to better meet the needs of society for people's health care. The article studies and identifies factors affecting the state management of private hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City, thereby proposing a number of solutions to improve state management for private hospitals in the current period.Ở Việt Nam, để góp phần phát triển hệ thống y tế toàn diện, đầy đủ và phù hợp với chủ trương xã hội hóa về y tế, Nhà nước đã có những điều chỉnh pháp luật trong quản lý đối với bệnh viện tư nhân, từ đó quy hoạch mạng lưới bệnh viện tu nhân khoa học, đồng bộ, khả thi trong tổng thể phát triển kinh tế - xã hội, đặc biệt đáp ứng ngày càng tốt hơn nhu cầu của xã hội về chăm sóc sức khỏe nhân dân. Bài viết nghiên cứu, nhận diện những yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến quản lý nhà nước đối với bệnh viện tư nhân tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh, từ đó đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm nâng cao hoạt động quản lý nhà nước đối với bệnh viện tư nhân trong giai đoạn hiện nay.
