Organizing the implementation of the law on compensation when recovering residential land is important to the progress of projects. If this activity is well performed, it will contribute to improving the investment environment, thereby attracting investment to meet the requirements of economic growth. In contrast, shortcomings and obstacles in law enforcement on compensation may slow down the progress of projects
as a result, the interests of the people are not guaranteed. This may cause prolonged disputes and complaints, even easily form hot spots causing political and social instability. The article points out the limitations and proposes a number of solutions to increase the effectiveness of law enforcement on compensation for residential land recovery.Tổ chức thực hiện pháp luật về bồi thường khi thu hồi đất ở có tầm quan trọng đối với tiến độ các dự án. Làm tốt hoạt động này sẽ góp phần cải thiện môi trường đầu tư, từ đó thu hút đầu tư đáp ứng yêu cầu tăng trưởng kinh tế. Ngược lại, những bất cập, vướng mắc trong thực thi pháp luật về bồi thường làm chậm tiến độ thực hiện các dự án, đồng nghĩa với việc không bảo đảm quyền lợi của người dân, từ đó phát sinh nhiều tranh chấp, khiếu kiện kéo dài và dễ tạo thành những điểm nóng gây mất ổn định về chính trị, xã hội. Bài viết chỉ ra những hạn chế và đề xuất một số giải pháp góp phần tăng cường hiệu quả trong công tác thực thi pháp luật về bồi thường khi thu hồi đất ở.
