The development of early childhood education management staff plays a pivotal and breakthrough role in innovating and improving the quality of preschool education. This article clarifies the current state of management staff development in preschools in Bac Lieu City, Bac Lieu Province, based on a sample of 156 subjects (35 management staff and 121 teachers). Data was collected through observation, surveys, interviews, and activity product analysis. The survey results were processed using a 5-level scale to calculate average scores, standard deviations, and rankings for analysis and evaluation. The findings indicate that the development of preschool management staff has been achieved at a fairly comprehensive level, encompassing planning, selection, utilization, training, fostering, monitoring, and evaluation. While most practices follow established regulations, processes, and are effective and practical, certain limitations remain.
