The article assesses the current status of digital transformation management in teaching and learning at secondary schools in Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City. Using a combination of theoretical and practical research methods, surveying 300 subjects (55 Principals and Vice Principals, 95 Heads of professional groups, 150 teachers) and interviewing 25 managers with experience in school management of 19 secondary schools (public) in the locality. The research results show that, although there have been certain effects, the management of digital transformation activities in teaching and learning still has many limitations. From there, the author has proposed a number of measures to manage digital transformation activities in teaching and learning at secondary schools in Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City more effectively, in order to improve the quality of local education.The article assesses the current status of digital transformation management in teaching and learning at secondary schools in Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City.
