Legal dissemination and education for residents in border areas are vital activities that help raise awareness of the Party's policies and the State's laws and regulations. Therefore, Lai Chau province has focused on disseminating and educating legal knowledge for people in border districts such as Tam Duong, Nam Nhun, and Muong Te, achieving positive results. However, many challenges and limitations still need to be addressed. This article examines the current status of legal dissemination and education efforts. It proposes several solutions to strengthen these activities for residents in the border areas of Lai Chau province today.Phổ biến, giáo dục pháp luật cho người dân khu vực biên giới là hoạt động quan trọng, giúp nâng cao nhận thức của người dân về chủ trương, đường lối của Đảng, chính sách, pháp luật của Nhà nước. Nhận thức được vấn đề này, tỉnh Lai Châu đã chú trọng công tác phổ biến, giáo dục pháp luật cho người dân khu vực biên giới tại các huyện, như: Tam Đường, Nậm Nhùn, Mường Tè... và đã ghi nhận những kết quả tích cực, song vẫn còn rất nhiều những khó khăn, hạn chế cần khắc phục. Bài viết nghiên cứu thực trạng công tác phổ biến, giáo dục pháp luật và đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm tăng cường phổ biến, giáo dục pháp luật cho người dân khu vực biên giới tỉnh Lai Châu hiện nay.
