The study investigates the integration of general endurance exercises into physical education (PE) lesson plans for 11th-grade students at Trần Cao Vân High School, Bình Định. The research was conducted on 50 students, divided into two groups: the experimental group (25 students) and the control group (25 students). Each lesson plan lasts 45 minutes, with the main exercise phase occupying 75% of the time. The experimental group performs endurance exercises during the main phase, while the control group follows the original lesson plan.
