The paper presents a study on the design anh fabrication of a Water Chiller air-conditioning system, using a cold storage tank for vocational training at vocational school and colleges vocational. Glycol solution (23%) is used as the heat transfer in cold storage tank. The temperature of cold storage tank is -7 ÷ -90C. The system is program using PLC combined with IoT to control, monitor and handle incidents in real time.
