Describe the results of care for patients after Transoral Endoscopic Thyroidectomy Vestibular Approach (TOETVA) at Hanoi Medical University Hospital in 2023. Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study. Results: Of the 223 patients participating in the study, most were female (95.9%). The average age of the patients was 35.4 ± 8.1 years. Personal hygiene care for patients and reception of patients is very high, accounting for 100.0%. Personal hygiene consulting and nutrition consulting activities are lower, 66.8% and 70.8% respectively. Regarding patient assessment before leaving the hospital: 100% of patients were guided by nurses and fully knew the content of post-operative care. 61.4% of patients rated the caring attitude of nurses. And 76.2% of patients are satisfied with the nursing care attitude.Mô tả kết quả chăm sóc người bệnh được phẫu thuật tuyến giáp nội soi qua đường miệng tại bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội năm 2023. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang. Kết quả: Trong số 223 người bệnh tham gia vào nghiên cứu, hầu hết là nữ giới (95,9%). Tuổi trung bình của người bệnh là 35,4 ± 8,1 tuổi. Tỉ lệ thực hiện các hoạt động chăm sóc của điều dưỡng sau PT ở các hoạt động: theo dõi đánh giá người bệnh
chăm sóc vệ sinh cá nhân cho NB và tiếp đón NB rất cao, chiếm 100,0%. Còn hoạt động tư vấn vệ sinh cá nhân và tư vấn chế độ dinh dưỡng thấp hơn, lần lượt là 66,8% và 70,8%. Về đánh giá của người bệnh trước khi ra viện: 100% người bệnh được điều dưỡng hướng dẫn và biết đầy đủ các nội dung về chăm sóc sau PT. 61,4% người bệnh đánh giá thái độ chăm sóc của điều dưỡng. Và 76,2% người bệnh hài lòng với thái độ chăm sóc của điều dưỡng.
