Sự phát triển với tốc độ chóng mặt của các công nghệ số mới đã và đang ảnh hưởng đến mọi mặt hoạt động của xã hội loài người, sử dụng công nghệ mới, từng cá nhân có thể xây dựng lịch làm việc, giải trí, sinh hoạt,... hàng ngày dễ dàng hơn, tiếp cận các sản phẩm có mức giá hợp lý hơn, tham gia các mạng xã hội mới, có các cơ hội giáo dục tốt hơn và giảm bớt các công việc lao động chân tay bởi vì xu thế các công việc đã và đang thay đổi. Đối với công ty - tổ chức, các công nghệ mới đồng nghĩa với tạo ra các máỵ móc hoạt động hiệu quả hơn, các sản phẩm tốt hơn và thậm chí các mô hình kinh doanh mới tối ưu hơn dẫn đến gia tăng về doanh thu, nâng cao khả năng cạnh tranh, cuối cùng tạo nền tảng cải thiện năng suất lao động. Đối với một quốc gia nói chung, chuyển đổi số tạo ra nhiều việc làm mới hơn, sử dụng hiệu quả hơn các nguồn lực, tài nguyên, gia tăng xuất khẩu và cải thiện trong các lĩnh vực chăm sóc sức khỏe, giao thông... Những tác động đến cá nhân, doanh nghiệp, tổ chức, ...và cả xã hội nói chung tạo ra ảnh hưởng và thúc đẩy lẫn nhau phát triển.The rapid development of new digital technologies has been affecting all aspects of human society. Using new technology, each individual can more easily build a daily schedule for work, entertainment, living, etc.
access the products at more reasonable prices, and participate in new social networks, better educational opportunities and fewer manual labor jobs as job trends have changed. For the companies and organizations, the new technologies mean creating more efficient machines, better products and even new and more optimized business models that lead to increased revenue, enhancing the competitiveness, ultimately creating a foundation for improving the labor productivity. For a country in general, the digital transformation cre-ates more new jobs, more efficient use of resources, increased exports and improvements in the fields of health care and transportation. The impacts on the individuals, businesses, organizations and society in general cre-ate the influence and promote each other’s development.
