Completing Vietnamese law on the protection of the rights of victims of human trafficking crimes is considered as one of the fundamental solutions to support and protect victims, contribute to the prevention as well as fight against human trafficking crimes. Through studying Indonesian and Malaysian laws - countries with relatively open provisions on the protection of the rights of victims of human trafficking crimes, the author proposes recommendations for Vietnam.Việc hoàn thiện pháp luật Việt Nam về bảo vệ quyền của nạn nhân của tội phạm mua bán người được đánh giá là một trong những giải pháp căn cơ để hỗ trợ và bảo vệ nạn nhân, góp phần phòng ngừa cũng như đấu tranh với tội phạm mua bán người. Qua việc nghiên cứu pháp luật Indonesia, Malaysia - những quốc gia có các quy định về bảo vệ quyền của nạn nhân của tội phạm mua bán người tương đối mở, tác giả đưa ra khuyến nghị cho Việt Nam.
