In order to resolve practical obstacles in resolving disputes over deposits, the Council of Judges of the Supreme People’s Court issued the Draft Resolution guiding the application of some legal provisions in resolving disputes over deposits (Draft no. 2.1 - hereinafter referred to as the Draft). The author proposes comments and assessments on the content of the Draft in this article.Nhằm giải quyết các vướng mắc trong thực tiễn giải quyết tranh chấp về đặt cọc, Hội đồng Thẩm phán Tòa án nhân dân tối cao đã ban hành Dự thảo Nghị quyết hướng dẫn áp dụng một số quy định của pháp luật trong giải quyết tranh chấp về đặt cọc (Dự thảo lần 2.1 - sau đây gọi tắt là Dự thảo).
