Đất đai là tài nguyên đặc biệt của quốc gia, nguồn lực quan trọng phát triển đất nước, được quản lý theo pháp luật. Nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý đất đai, khắc phục những hạn chế của Luật Đất đai năm 2013, ngày 18/01/2024 Quốc hội khóa XV đã chính thức thông qua Luật Đất đai năm 2024. Bài viết phân tích một số điểm mới cơ bản của Luật Đất đai năm 2024 so với Luật Đất đai số 45/2013/QH13 đã được sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều theo Luật số 35/2018/QH14 (gọi tắt là Luật Đất đai năm 2013). Trên cơ sở đó đưa ra một số giải pháp góp phần đẩy mạnh việc tổ chức thi hành trong thực tế.Land is a special national resource, an important resource for national development, and is managed according to law. In order to improve land management efficiency and overcome limitations of the land law in 2013, the 15th National Assembly, on January 18, 2024, has officially passed Land Law in 2024. The article analyzes some basic new points of the Land Law in 2024 compared to Land Law No. 45/2013/QH13, which has been amended and supplemented with a number of articles under Law No. 35/2018/QH14 (referred to as Land Law 2013). On that basis, we propose a number of solutions to contribute to strengthening this organization in practice.
