Hoạt động công đoàn cần được đổi mới trong bối cảnh hợp tác quốc tế sâu rộng và tiến tới thực hiện các tiêu chuẩn lao động quốc tế cơ bản, cũng như đảm bảo các quyền lợi của người lao động, do đó Luật Công đoàn hiện hành cần được sửa đổi cho phù hợp. Bài viết này đề cập đến sự cần thiết của việc sửa đổi Luật Công đoàn năm 2012 và phân tích, đánh giá những nội dung mới trong Dự thảo Luật Công đoàn. Trên cơ sở đó, tác giả đề xuất một số khuyến nghị hoàn thiện Dự thảo Luật Công đoàn.Trade Uni-on’s activities need to be innovated in the context of extensive international cooperation, moving towards implementing the core international labor standards and ensuring the rights of employees. Therefore, the current Trade Uni-on Law needs to be amended. This article mentions the necessity of amending the 2012 Trade Uni-on Law and analyzing and evaluating the new contents in the draft Trade Uni-on Law. On that basis, the author proposes several recommendations to improve the draft Law on Trade Uni-ons.
