Công tác xây dựng pháp luật về an ninh, trật tự trong thời gian qua luôn được quan tâm sửa đổi và hoàn thiện. Bài viết đã khái lược những kết quả đạt được trong công tác xây dựng pháp luật ở nước ta trong thời gian qua đồng thời cũng chỉ ra những hạn chế, bất cập về an ninh trật tự, từ đó đề xuất một số giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả công tác xây dựng pháp luật đảm bảo an ninh trật tự đáp ứng yêu cầu của tiến trình xây dựng Nhà nước pháp quyền ở Việt Nam trong thời gian tới.Legal development of security and order over the past time has been given interest with amendment and improvement. The article has summarized the achievements in the legal development of our country in recent times, while also pointing out the limitations and shortcomings in the legal system and legal development work. F-rom there, the article proposes a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of legal development work, ensuring security and order, and meeting the requirements of the process of building a ruleoflaw state in Vietnam in the coming time.
