Ngành sản xuất tiêu tốn nhiều năng lượng và tài nguyên, đồng thời tạo ra lượng chất thải và khí thải lớn. Theo Cơ quan Bảo vệ Môi trường Hoa Kỳ (EPA), sản xuất là một trong những nguồn chính gây ra khí thải carbon, chiếm gần 23% tổng lượng khí thải trực tiếp. Khi đối mặt với thách thức bền vững môi trường, vai trò của quản lý chuỗi cung ứng trong thúc đẩy sáng kiến xanh càng trở nên quan trọng. Trong bối cảnh toàn cầu hóa hiện nay, số hóa đã trở thành yêu cầu bắt buộc cho mọi doanh nghiệp (Agrawal và Narain, 2018). Chuyển đổi kỹ thuật số mở ra cơ hội tối ưu hóa tài nguyên, giảm chất thải và tác động môi trường.This study explores the relationship between smart supply chain management, green operations, and green performance in manufacturing firms. Data were collected from 679 employees through a regional quota sampling method. Structural equation modeling was analyzed using SmartPLS software. The results show that the adoption of smart supply chain management practices has a positive effect on green performance, with green operations playing a mediating role. These findings provide useful information for managerial decision making and the development of sustainable strategies in manufacturing
