Các loại bảo hiểm liên quan đến lao động gồm bảo hiểm xã hội bắt buộc, bảo hiểm y tế và bảo hiểm thất nghiệp là một phần quan trọng trong chế độ bảo hiểm xã hội của Việt Nam, cỏ vai trò đặc biệt trong chính sách xây dựng chế độ bảo hiểm xã hội, an sinh xã hội đa tầng và ben vũng mà Việt Nam hướng tới. Bài viết nhằm chỉ ra một số điểm hạn chế, bất cập, đồng thời đưa ra kiến nghị tương ủng trên cơ sở phù hợp với thục tiên thi hành và đôi chiêu, tham khao kinh nghiệm của một số quốc gia nhằm góp thêm một vài quan điểm cho các nhà lập pháp trong việc hoàn thiện pháp luật về các loại bảo hiểm liên quan đến lao động.The types of labor-related insurance, including compulsory social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance, are deemed significant components within Vietnam's social insurance regime, playing a crucial role in the policy framework that constructs Vietnam's goal of a multi-tiered and sustainable social security and social insurance regime. This legal article presents certain limitations and deficiencies, while also highlighting recommendations proposed based on appropriate grounds aligned with practical implementation and comparative analysis of experiences f-rom various countries, in order to provide additional insights for legislators in perfecting legal frameworks on labor-related insurance.
