Khủng bố là hành vi đặc biệt nguy hiểm cho hòa bình, ổn định của mỗi quốc gia và của cộng đồng quốc tế. Bài viết tập trung nghiên cứu, so sánh các quy định của pháp luật quốc tế và của pháp luật Việt Nam về các tội phạm khủng bố, từ đó kiến nghị một số giải pháp góp phần hoàn thiện quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam về loại tội phạm này nhằm đáp ứng yêu cầu thực tiễn trong đấu tranh, phòng chống khủng bố tại Việt Nam và xu thế hợp tác toàn cảu trong lĩnh vực này.Terrorism is a particularly dangerous act for the peace and stability of each country and the international community. The article focuses on researching and comparing the provisions of international law and Vietnamese law on terrorism crimes, thereby recommending a number of solutions that contribute to improving the provisions of Vietnamese law about this type of crime to meet practical requirements in fighting and preventing terrorism in Vietnam and the trend of global cooperation in this field.
