Án lệ số 67/2023/AL được Hội đồng Thẩm phán Tòa án nhân dân tối cao thông qua vào ngày 18 tháng 8 năm 2023 và được công bô theo Quyết định số 364/QD-CA ngày 01 tháng 10 năm 2023 của Chánh án Tòa án nhân dân tối cao. Theo đó, tranh chấp trong Án lệ là “Tranh chấp chia tài sản chung Trong phạm vi bài viết này, tác giả tập trung phân tích, bình luận những vấn đề pháp lý liên quan có trong Án lệ này, đồng thời “định đoán " khả năng áp dụng Án lệ 67/2023/AL trong thời gian tới.Precedent No. 67/2023/AL was approved by the Council of Judges of the Supreme People s Court (referred to as the SPC) on August 18, 2023 and announced under Decision 364/QD- CA dated August 1 October 2023 of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court. Accordingly, the dispute in the case law is “Dispute on division of common property”. Within the scope of this article, the author focuses on analyzing and commenting on relevant legal issues in this Case Law, and at the same time “predicting" the possibility of applying Case Law 67/2023/AL in the near future.
