Chuyển đổi số đã và đang ảnh hưởng toàn diện đến các doanh nghiệp, đặc biệt là sau đại dịch Covid-19. Bài viết phân tích thực trạng chuyển đổi số của doanh nghiệp nhỏ và vừa (DNNVV), trong đó tập trung vào mức độ chuyển đổi số, cũng như những khó khăn của doanh nghiệp trong quá trình này. Kết quả chỉ ra rằng, các doanh nghiệp Việt Nam đã có nhận thức rõ ràng về tính tất yếu của chuyển đổi số, đang trong tiến trình chuyển đổi số trên mọi lĩnh vực và đã đạt được một số thành tựu bước đầu. Tuy nhiên, phần lớn các doanh nghiệp vần đang ở giai đoạn đầu của tiến trình chuyển đổi số, đòi hỏi nỗ lực toàn diện để vượt qua rào cản, nắm bắt cơ hội mà chuyển đổi số mang lại. Thông qua việc đánh giá quá trình chuyển đổi số của các DNNVV Việt Nam, tác giả đề xuất một số giải pháp để thúc đẩy quá trình chuyển đối số trên mọi lĩnh vực về cả chiều rộng và chiều sâu.Digital transformation has comprehensively affected businesses, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. This study analyzed the current digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), focusing on the level of digital transformation and the difficulties facing SMEs in this process. The study’s results revealed that Vietnamese SMEs have a clear awareness of the inevitability of digital transformation, have conducted digital transformation in all aspects, and have achieved some initial achievements. However, most SMEs are still at the early stages of the digital transformation. It requires comprehensive efforts to overcome barriers and seize the opportunities f-rom the digital transformation. Based on the study’s findings, some solutions were proposed to facilitate the digital transformation in all fields.
