In recent times, across the country and in each locality, the index of access to land information and the transparency of land information for people and businesses in most surveys have been quite low, with many limitations. This paper analyzed some limitations and obstacles in the implementation of the right to access land information. Based on the paper’s findings, some recommendations were made to better implement the right to access land information in Vietnam.Trong thời gian qua, trên cả nước và ở từng địa phương chỉ số tiếp cận thông tin đất đai cũng như minh bạch thông tin đất đai đối với người dân và doanh nghiệp trong hầu hết các báo cáo khảo sát đánh giá về vấn đề minh bạch thông tin đất đai vẫn còn nhiều hạn chế cần được hoàn thiện. Bài viết phân tích một số hạn chế, vướng trong việc bảo đảm thực hiện quyền tiếp cận thông tin đất đai hiện nay, đồng thời đề xuất một số kiến nghị nâng cao hiệu quả bảo đảm thực hiện quyền tiếp cận thông tin đất đai ở Việt Nam trong giai đoạn hiện nay.
