Bài viết nghiên cứu các quy định lồng ghép vấn đề bình đẳng giới là điểm mới quan trọng nhằm bảo vệ người tiêu dùng nữ trong Luật Bảo vệ quyền lợi người tiêu dùng (sau đây gọi tắt là Luật BVQLNTD) năm 2023. Trong bài viết đã đề cập đến Luật BVQLNTD năm 2023 có các quy định nhằm bảo vệ đối tượng nữ giới dễ bị tổn thương khi đang mang thai hoặc nuôi con nhỏ
tạo thêm cơ hội, điều kiện, năng lực thực hiện quyền và nghĩa vụ cho nữ giới để tham gia vào quá trình tiêu dùng một cách an toàn... Từ đó, bài viết nhấn mạnh pháp luật cần phải có cơ chế bảo vệ chuyên biệt hơn đối với đối tượng người tiêu dùng nữ giới.This study analyzed the regulations on gender equality that are integrated into the Law on Protection ofConsumerRights 2023. These regulations are considered new points to better protect female consumers. This law already has regulations on protecting vulnerable women who are pregnant or raising children. The law aims to cre-ate more opportunities, conditions, and capacity to exercise rights and obligations for female consumers. This study emphasized the need for the law to have a more specialized protection mechanism for female consumers.
