Along with the strong development of science and technology and the trend of globalization, the role of logistics activities in both production and consumption becomes more and more important for the competitiveness of manufacturing, service industries and the whole economy. In the context of globalization and the strong industrial revolution 4.0, there is a growing emphasis on elevating the quality of professional qualifications and skills among logistics professionals. Specifically, individuals possessing in-depth knowledge, proficiency in foreign languages, adeptness in information technology applications, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills, are deemed essential factors in enhancing the competitiveness of logistics enterprises. In the scope of this article, the author will focus on opportunities and challenges surrounding the development of logistics human resources in our country in the context of integration and globalization.Hoạt động logistics ngày càng trở nên quan trọng đối với các quốc gia trong việc nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh của các ngành và toàn bộ nền kinh tế. Trong bối cảnh toàn cầu hóa và cuộc cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0 đang diễn ra mạnh mẽ, đòi hỏi nguồn nhân lực logistics phải có trình độ chuyên môn và kỹ năng tốt. Một lực lượng lao động có kiến thức chuyên sâu, ngoại ngữ tốt, khả năng ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin, kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán... sẽ là yếu tố then chốt giúp nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh của doanh nghiệp.
