Nhóm tác giả đã nghiên cứu một cách có hệ thống cơ sở lý luận về động lực làm việc (ĐLLV) của viên chức, nhân viên y tế (VCNVYT) tại một đơn vị y tế công lập - Trung tâm Y tế thành phố Phan Thiết, tỉnh Bình Thuận. Trên cơ sở phân tích sâu kỹ thực trạng, khảo sát, làm rõ nguyên nhân các yếu tố tác động đến ĐLLV của VCNVYT tại đơn vị nghiên cứu, từ đó nhóm tác giả đề xuất các giải pháp nâng cao ĐLLV nhằm “giữ chân” đội ngũ này gắn bó với nghề với cơ sở y tế công lập trong bối cảnh hiện nay.This study systematically analyzed the theoretical basis of the work motivation of medical officers and staff at Phan City Medical Center, a public health unit in Binh Thuan province. This study surveyed, analyzed thoroughly, and clarified the causes of factors affecting the work motivation of Phan City Medical Center’s medical officials and staff. Based on the study’s findings, some solutions are proposed to help the center as well as other public health units retain their workforce in the current context.
