Inadequacies and overlaps between the legal provisions on contracts between the Civil Code and specialized laws in Vietnam have cre-ated legal gaps, causing difficulties for subjects and law enforcement agencies. Therefore, it is necessary to research and find solutions to overcome difficulties in unifying and harmonizing Vietnamese legal provisions on contracts. This paper clarified the current conflicts in legal regulations between the Civil Code and specialized laws. Based on the paper’s findings, some solutions were proposed to strengthen legal provisions on contracts.Những bất cập, chồng chéo giữa các quy định pháp luật về hợp đồng giữa Bộ luật Dân sự và các luật chuyên ngành đã tạo ra lỗ hổng pháp lý, gây khó khăn cho các chủ thể và các cơ quan áp dụng pháp luật. Vì vậy, việc nghiên cứu tìm ra các giải pháp nhằm tháo gỡ những khó khăn trong thống nhất pháp luật hợp đồng của Việt Nam là điều cần thiết. Bài viết tập trung làm rõ thực trạng mâu thuẫn trong quy định pháp luật giữa Bộ luật Dân sự và các luật chuyên ngành, từ đó đưa ra một số đề xuất, nhằm hoàn thiện pháp luật về hợp đồng trong bối cảnh hiện nay.
