Final report for the Bethel (Alaska) Wind Construction project. Under this project, Alaska Village Electric Cooperative, Inc. (AVEC) constructed and commissioned one new 900 kW-capacity wind turbine at a site in Bethel about 3.3 miles NE of the diesel-fired prime power plant. The wind generator?s output will augment the prime source generation provided by the diesel-powered generators.
