Bài viết này phân tích thực trạng hoạt động sản xuất, kinh doanh của các cơ sở công nghiệp nông thôn (CNNT) giai đoạn 2016-2021, là cơ sở đề xuất một số giải pháp phát triển sản xuất sản phẩm CNNT tiêu biểu trong thời gian sắp tới. Theo đó, các ngành, địa phương cần chủ động nghiên cứu, bổ sung hoàn thiện và thực hiện tốt các cơ chế, chính sách khuyến khích đầu tư phát triển sản xuất công nghiệp, tiểu thủ công nghiệp
thực hiện tốt các quy hoạch phát triển cụm công nghiệp, quy hoạch phát triển ngành nghề nông thôn
tạo điều kiện phát triển các loại hình doanh nghiệp nhỏ và vừa, hợp tác xã trong lĩnh vực công nghiệp, tiểu thủ công nghiệp
tăng cường quản lý công tác bảo vệ môi trường và xử lý vi phạm về môi trường của các doanh nghiệp, cơ sở sản xuất tại vùng nông thôn
đẩy mạnh hỗ trợ, đào tạo nghề, nhân cấy nghề mới để giải quyết việc làm, tăng thu nhập cho người lao động...This paper analyzed the actual production and performance of rural industrial establishments in Vietnam in the period 2016 - 2021. This paper is expected to serve as a basis for proposing some solutions to develop the production of typical rural industrial products in the coming time. Accordingly, sectors and localities need to proactively research, supplement, complete, and well implement mechanisms and policies to encourage investment in industrial production and handicrafts, successfully implement industrial cluster development plans and rural industry development plans, cre-ate conditions for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and cooperatives in the field of rural industry, strengthen management of environmental protection and handling of environmental violations in rural areas, promote vocational training, and develop new occupations to cre-ate jobs and increase income for rural workers, etc.
