This is the final technical report for project #: DE-SC0014116, "Physiological and Molecular-Genetic Characterization of Basal Resistance in Sorghum". IN this project we identified variation in the basal defense response of sorghum among different sorghum lines. We evaluated the relationship between levels of basal defense response and levels of disease resistance in the field.
