 The Renewable Clean Air Project (RECAP) is the culmination of a design of a 21<

 /sup>
  century integrated waste-to-energy facility that encapsulates the best practices of the existing waste-to energy industry and new knowledge worldwide for bettering the industry. After visiting and reviewing several waste-to-energy facilities first hand on different continents and examining different new technologies, Koochiching Development Authority(KDA) and Coronal obtained an unique understanding of the waste-to-energy industry and how different technologies can better the industry.
