This is a screening spreadsheet and is used as a tool to calculate the source term for annual reporting, a new proposed project (APAD) or to calculate a periodic confirmatory measurement (PCM). NASA is doing a study of possible locations for a nuclear thermal propulsion ground test site and would like to use the spreadsheet to refine their study and provide guidance for future planning.
