Dựa trên kết quả phỏng vấn 85 chuyên gia là những nhà quản lý ngành, nhà nghiên cứu, quản lý doanh nghiệp du lịch trên địa bàn tỉnh Khánh Hòa, bài báo nghiên cứu các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến phát triển nguồn nhân lực du lịch địa phương trong bối cảnh hội nhập quốc tế. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, nhóm các nhân tố thuộc môi trường Khánh Hòa gồm (1) Du lịch là ngành kinh tế mũi nhọn của địa phương
(2) Sự gia tăng du khách Nga và Trung Quốc
(3) Sự phát triển mạnh mẽ của các cơ sở kinh doanh du lịch. Nhóm các nhân tố của môi trường quốc tế gồm (1) Tình hình khủng bố, chiến tranh cục bộ trên thế giới diễn biến phức tạp
(2) Biến động bất thường của tình hình chính trị thế giới
(3) Xu hướng dịch chuyển luồng khách du lịch từ châu Âu, châu Mỹ sang khu vực châu Á - Thái Bình Dương.We interview eighty five experts who are industry managers, researchers, and tourism enterprises managers in Khanh Hoa province to assess the different effects of factors to develop human resources for tourism in the context of international integration. The results showed that the group of elements in Khanh Hoa environment such as (1) Tourism is a vital economic sector
(2) An increase in Russian and Chinese visitors
(3) The healthy development of tourism businesses has the greatest impact on the scale and quality of human resources for tourism in Khanh Hoa in the context of international integration. Meanwhile, the group of factors of the international environment such as (1) Terrorist terrorism, complicated local war
(2) Unusual fluctuations of the world political situation
(3) The trend of moving tourists from Europe and America to the Asia-Pacific region has a much lower impact on many factors of the local environment and the national environment. Based on the research results, the author proposes some suitable policies to develop tourism human resources in Khanh Hoa in the context of integration.
